I have been experimenting and restoring espresso machines ( Commercial ) and all around enthusiast. I also have been roasting personally and professionally small batch Specialty Coffee. Mostly catering and local events and small specialty cafes and shops.
About Me:
Ive been a computer consultant tech (Mac/Win) and a focus on Illustration and graphics. Also a science and music background... Ive been also heavily into coffee roasting and R&D in espresso machines/roasters in restoration and design concepts.
