I am the coffee manager at Bittersweet, a sweets bar in downtown Raleigh specializing in plated desserts and hand-crafted cocktails as well as a full Espresso menu, serving Counter culture coffee.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The magnitude of it all. From seed to roaster to cup, the community is ever advancing and continuing to grow closer together in the process which creates coffee and lasting relationships through mutual passions.
