Looking to attract an entrepreneur to open a coffee shop within our retail location. Currently a candle store and workshop, est. in Arizona in 1971. Building is visible from Hwy 69 - the main road into the area. Space available is approx. 1100 SF which includes a full kitchen and two additional spaces ~ all of which can be designed to meet the needs of a commercial coffee shop business. Next door is a well established coffee roaster.

Armadilla Wax Works was founded in AZ in 1971 and is well known in this area. Our candles are all original designs made in our own molds to high standards for quality.
