About Me:
I love coffee and drink a lot of it, I'm spoiled as I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and we have at least 500 coffee farms here. I'm a chef and foodie so I've tought myself quite a bit about coffee. I'm very interested in the socio-economic issues surrounding the coffee industry as they relate to farmers and the coffee communities throughout the world especially in Africa.
