Brewing the Bean not only pulls in paychecks, it is a passion. My coffee experience began with a small "ma & pop" shop, on to Star(fuck)bucks, to tea smithery, to currently a Whole Foods Market Barista/ Roaster/ Technician/ Buyer/ Trainer, to hopefully more "ma & pop" shops, and eventually a shop of my own.
