I have been a Barista for a little over a decade now. It has been long journey, from "what is espresso?" to "Espresso is a beautiful blend of flavor molecules, lipids, CO2,and H2O" I am always on the look out for new ideas, and learning experiences. I just love coffee and all the passion that goes in to it.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to see a coffee field some day.

I am currently the lead barista at the roasterie's main plant locate in Kansas city, Missouri. So if you are in the neighborhood stop in and get yourself a cup.
