About Me:
I have been involved in coffee business since 1990. I operate a wholesale wwwcoffee roasting company with an retail outlet to the public at the local city market and have a cafe also. We have recently begun a new venture 'crepes de luxe' which does 'street style' crepes at the market. I also wrote a chapter in 'Celebrating the Third Place' edited by Dr. Ray Oldenburg, author of 'The Great Good Place'.
