Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I had a coffee shop for 5 years in downtown Biloxi. After Hurricane Katrina things did not come back too well and we had to close. I currently have a kiosk at the Air Force Base Medical Center.

About Me:

I am worked a civil service job for 15 years before buying a coffee shop/cafe with a friend of mine. I have the bug now. I really enjoy coffee and have learned alot since we first opened. I love working for myself and being able to run my shop how I want. Trying new ideas and always looking for ways to improve.

About My Company:

I have had this company for the past 2 years. We have a kiosk on the AF Base and I hope to have another cafe one day.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Networking and drinking coffee. Making coffee.
