Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Family business that is involved with a major franchise. I have an in town shop in the heart of the city. We sell to our quests, donuts, coffee, cappuccino, hot and cold latte, espresso, sandwiches and hash browns.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

By nature I have been a traveler since the age of 15 and wish to continue. I would like to travel to countries that grow our beans for coffee.

About Me:

I have been around this business since the age of 8. I have learned everything from counter serve to back office. I hold (2) BS degree, Early Childhood Ed. and the other in Theology. For 10 years I taught in a Bible college one night a week as well as running my business. (89-99) At present I am here just about everyday, although I have taken time off to travel or attend corp. meetings or even city meeting ( keeping involved to see where the city is going.) As of today I will still lend a hand with customer service. And I am always looking for something new.. (as I saw this past weekend the art of Latte making) I walked away with many great ideas. And love the coffee industry.

About My Company:

Like I said my company is part of a franchise. My operation of business is 24/7. We have been in this location for the last 24 years. As I said I am in the center of town with the train station and bus terminal only a few blocks away.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love a great cup of coffee and wish to pass onto my guests the same.
