Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I began roasting coffee about 6 years ago. I own a coffee shop in Mindo. I also am a chocolate maker. I trained our staff to be baristas but just completed the barista training for the first time this year at Seattle Coffeefest.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
everywhere.
About Me:
I like to follow my interests and learn new things. I have four children and live part time in Mindo, Ecuador and part time outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
delicious coffee and learning how to serve the best coffee available.
