I've spent the last year honing my skills. I can make you a killer latte, I can't make you a killer cappuccino for whatever reason. I can pour some feathers and rosettas, not perfect by any means. I can assure you though, that I love the everloving dog**** out of espresso and coffee, and I'm looking for any opportunity to give this love an outlet.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The glorious bean(seed) itself. How many walks of life can come into a coffee shoppe and enjoy the same espresso drinks. There is no class separation with coffee, it's something a whole lot of people can identify.
