Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
the local shop i work at currently is aimed toward the community of Canyon, we also strive to make our presence known amongst the college students in the town. I love connecting with people through the median of coffee. we have live music each weekend, so that livens up the evenings for us here. Our hope is to make this shop the people's own... we have local art up, and are always working on elevating coffee knowledge in this area, without instilling an elitist mentality.

About Me:
I am an outgoing, focused, team player. I work well with a lot of different personalities (I accredit this to growing up in a family with 8 children). I can be super focused and task oriented, but I always push myself to focus on the customer or person in front of me, no matter what level of stress may be vying for my attention.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
i love that when someone steps into a coffee shop, that person is usually treating them selves, it's uplifting, emotionally... also, working behind the bar, is almost like preforming.. Myself as the barista, I set the tone in the shop for the customer.
