Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am a certified Barista according to the I.A.S.C. requirements. I can do latte art most of the time and get really excited about a thick creamy pair of dark red shots first thing in the morning so I make sure and adjust the grind till I get them! I have two coffee shops I work in right now so I am versatile as far as machines go. I am very passionate about coffee and would love to learn more about the entire process from the field to the cup.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

All of them. I have a special interest in India and Greece, but I would really love to go just about anywhere.

About Me:

Hmmm...I'm really excited about coffee, dark chocolate and any food that tastes amazing. I am a dancer and plan to dance as long as my body can keep up. I love designing things, especially clothing. I have a great husband of two years who is the one that got me so interested in coffee to begin with. I love books, beautiful places, talking with interesting people, talking about and drinking good coffee, trying new food and I plan to travel as much as possible in my life!
