I just took over a coffee shop that the previous manager ran into the ground. Needless to say, the regulars are weary, but I am winning them back one-by-one. We have a drive-thru and small sit down area inside. I know most coffees and make a great one! The only thing I can't seem to get it Latte Art - I make explosions, not hearts...

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

China, Hong Kong, Asia in general, anywhere south of the equator.

I have been trained by the best, now I am applying that to the real world. I am priding myself on having the best products with great customer service - it seems to be working, folks really like it and are coming back!!! I quit my safe, secure corporate America job of 14 years to buy this shop - I couldn't be happier (should have done this years ago!)

About My Company:

Brand new, sole proprietor. Drive-thru and sit down. I use only the highest quality products from the most local suppliers and can possibly find (Caffe D'Arte Beans, Monin Syrup, Sunshine Dairy).

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The people - all are absultely amazing!
