About Me:

I am new in this industry and looking to learn as much as I can to become the coffee expert for my region. I just left a 12 year career in Desktop Publishing where I sold yearbooks for Herff Jones. It was a great career but it was time for a change and a new challenge. I joined my fathers business 6 months ago. He is a food broker and distributer. His speciality is sugar and other commodities so I decided that I needed a speciality as well. I chose the coffee world. Currently, I am working with Caffe D' Amore and Monin. I also know Ken Hall, I am thinking that everyone knows Ken... He and Jill said that this would be a great place for me to start my journey. I will be honest, I ordered my first cup of coffee when I was 33 years old. I do drink coffee but you all would cringe at how I order it. Let's just say that I like a little bit of coffee with my cream and sugar. I have decided that the problem is that I have never tasted a truly good coffee. Now that my secret is out, any guidance on any of the above will be greatly appreciated.
