Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been working in coffee shops and general food service for about as long as I could work, but I've had an ever-growing interest in the chaotic magic that is brewing a great cup of coffee. I work at a New Hampshire cafe that is centered around food and coffee quality, education and sourcing absolutely everything as locally as possible (except the coffee, that's a tough one!) and stumbled across this site while googling for coffee related information.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Literally anywhere. I have only been to a few places in state and never left the country. If ever I had the opportunity to visit a shop elsewhere, I would be happy for any change of scenery.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The love, the creativity and the passion of the people in it. There's something maddening about trying to create that perfect cup of coffee, but something still so beautiful about when it all falls into place just right--whether you can replicate it or not.
