Real keen to learn more bout the states coffee scene, as my brother is moving to ny soon.
About Me:
make a lot of coffee, competing in nz for a few years in barista comps, been pushing single origin brews for bout three years in auckland now, slow progress.
About My Company:
small roaster, only using a 3 kilo diedrich, very busy keeping up with supply, will upgrade next year.
