Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I worked for a time with the Company Clearworth Ltd who use a kitted out Piaggio Ape to teach underprivileged kids business skills. I was involved in teaching them to make coffee at a basic level. I currently work for a company called JRooL in Stroud, Gloucestershire. There I am a Barista and Fishmonger but would really like to follow the coffee connections. The shop is amazing but restricting in the sense that the owners do not give coffee priority as they are caterers and food enthusiasts. I do not discredit them for this because they've got he cash, I just work there. I would therefore love the opportunity to further my skills in a good coffee shop.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I am visiting Costa Rica in April to do a TEFL course in San Antonio. Then I am organising to work at a coffee plantation in central Costa Rica to further my knowledge of the coffee production process. I am interested in going anywhere where I can learn new things and experience new cultures.

About Me:

I really want to enter the world of coffee, but not just at shop level. I want to be out there with the best of them and am willing to put in the effort and time to get there.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

It's global and social impact.
