I am currently not employed as a barista as i have recently moved cities however most I was training was done at the cafe "Sensory Lab" in Melbourne, Australia on a Slayer machine.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

New York, Rome, Washington DC

About Me:

I began making coffee at home on a giotto rocket and for the past 8 years have been refining my craft. Completing training in some of Australia best cafe's I have well and truly progressed beyond home espresso. I love all aspects of coffee, from sourcing and roasting fresh green beans through to extraction and the pouring of the milk, coffee is an art and anyone who says differently is a fool!!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The people and the challenge that the ever growing and developing third wave coffee revoultion provides.
