My 'training' was a 10 minute group orrientation 12 years ago: "Put the coffee here, push this button." Since then I have been gleening advice & such anywhere I can find it.

About Me:
I train disadvantaged youth in the art of espresso. I volunteer at a local not-for-profit coffee bar, work part-time at a small indipendent shop and bind custom books in my free time.
About My Company:
I run Annotated Press, a bindery of custom journals, notebooks and albums.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I am in love with delicious coffee that improves the lives of the farmers and processors.
