About My Company:

Bricks and Birch is an exciting newcomer to Redlands' growing cafe and coffee shop scene and is coming soon to the historic Fox Theater Building. We specialize in artisan brick-oven pizza, fresh pastries and specialty coffee. Owners Daniel and Melanie Bradford have a passion for sharing their creative interpretations of classic wood-fired pizza and baked goods with family and friends. Their enthusiasm for connecting with people through their cooking led them to starting Bricks and Birch Restaurant. We have also partnered with Portland, Oregon based Stumptown Coffee Roasters to bring their award-winning coffee to Redlands. Bricks and Birch's interior reflects the hip sensibilities of the surrounding area, while also paying tribute to Redlands' storied past. The unique layout of the restaurant offers the choice to observe passers-by in the panoramic glass-storefront, or watch the art of innovative pizza crafting in the open-kitchen wood-fired pizza oven.
