Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
For almost two years, I've been engaged with the fledgling coffee scene in Philadelphia. In my short time as a part of it, I've seen it grow tremendously and would like to see it continue.
About Me:
I grew up in Baltimore, but at some point Philadelphia adopted me without my knowledge, and I guess I'll just have to be ok with that. I like: bikes, whiskey, caffeine, trees, farms, people. I dislike: hippie-dippie dick-swingin' bullshit. ;)
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The local nature of cafés creates a culture of community rather than outright competition.
