I've taken the BGA level 1 certification. We have a tasting bar at our shop that focuses more on manual brew methods (hario, chemex, siphon, etc.) I always love learning more and improving my skills.

About Me:
I'm interested in art, food, coffee, music, community, and any way they overlap. I am one of three owners of a coffee roasting company of which I am lucky enough to be the head-roaster. I have a blog http://notesfromroaster.wordpress.com

We are a profile micro-roaster with an emphasis on fair-trade and organic coffees. We try to take a culinary approach to our coffees and work a lot to educate our community on the coffee world.
