About to start at a cafe called The Lab where we will be dealing with pressure profiling and various manual brewing techniques.

About Me:
Typical college student here. Going on my 5th year in Economics here at ULL, but really torn at the moment between perusing a career in coffee or doing something with my degree. Besides coffee, I love pc gaming, exercising, learning, and playing the ol' guitar here and there. After arriving back from Switzerland recently, learning new languages has really sparked my interest as well.
