Drive thru coffee a 10' x 20' building. One walk-up window one drive up window. I hired a coffee business consultant before I opened. It is the only way to go. It takes the guess out of the opening.

About My Company:
Black Butte Coffee Co. opened NEW July 2008. The economy is Bad but coffee sales are good. Simple works best for me. I use a Nuova Simonelli espresso machine. I love it, I can pour my dark roast/Americano style off the machine. I can adjust the water to be a drinkable 140 degrees. I only buy one type of espresso bean and one decaf bean. There is no need for drip. Each cup is made fresh.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I use 100% natural syrups and I caryy only 8 flavors. I have 4 flavors of 100% crush fruit smoothies.
