Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been making coffee since September 2010. That was when I gained a job at the only coffee shop in my hometown with an in-house roaster. Let's just say it was basically a love at first shots thing.
I worked at that roaster for a year and four months. Then I moved to Portland, looking for more wisdom. I have been fortunate to have gained a lot of that. Currently I work for an old Stumptown account (the Fresh Pot, check it,)
I have started competeing in latte art throwdowns and am competing in this years' Big Western event.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
New Zealand, Ireland, Ethiopia, Uganda, Colombia, Australia, Brazil, Italy. Coffee places.
