I have worked with La Marzocco espresso machines and Mazzer and Mahlkonig grinders. I can texture milk with the best of them and have used Black Cat espresso and Antica Tostatura Triestina espresso. I've completed Intelligentsia's milk texturing course.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere and everywhere.
