I've managed a coffee Shop for 5 years. Years later I had the chance to be a Roaster.
About Me:
I don't get the chance to learn enough about coffee nor get to talk to fellow roasters. I read forums but I don't always get answers that I need.
About My Company:
We are a wholesale and retail company that roasts roughly 4 million pounds a year and growing fast. We have two drum 4 baggers and a modified 1 bag fluid roaster.
