Our shop has been roasting longer than anyone in our area. We take pride in educating our baristas, and customers with bean characteristics, latte art, etc.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Australia, European countries. Ethiopia. Inside U.S.- NYC, Philadelphia, LA.

About My Company:
Like I mentioned above, we've been roasting for a number of years. We opened a 2nd shop back in Sept. of 08, in which I got my own shop, and my own staff. We don't have a roaster at the new shop, however we are looking into it. Damn, i miss the smell...
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The interaction between people. We have a wide range of customers. Rich, poor, black, white, you name it. Our shop brings our community together for a cup of coffee.
