Coffee shop/cafe located in the downtown area of Evansville, IN. Do my own small-batch roasting offsite in an old cast iron Swadlow roaster from Austria. Been in the business five years.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any or all! Lived in Mexico City for five years, which is where I learned to love fresh roasted coffee from Chiapas. I am fluent in Spanish and English.

About My Company:

Opened an art gallery in 2005 and then put an espresso bar inside in 2006. Shut down the gallery in 2008 and opened an espresso bar/cafe in a different location in 2009.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Educating the customer about coffee and how to brew a great cup at home.
