Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am new in this industry, but love good coffee. I prefer grinding my own coffee with a burr grinder at home. I like it "black, straight up, no room at the top".

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

As many USA cities as I can. I want to see this country before it blows up.

About Me:

My background is varied in skills and work. I have been a sign artist, computer tech and grew up doing carpentry and remodeling. I have also done theatrical work including stage design, building and artwork as well as acting. I have also created new flavors while working at an ice cream shop. We recently moved from North Carolina. Both are originally from Florida.

About My Company:

My wife and I hope to start a Donut and Coffee shop. Most donut shops do not have a barista, and most of their coffees are just that, as boring as the shop itself. So we hope to capitalize on both.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Glad to see coffee beign taken seriously and improved on.
