Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have frequented many coffee houses throughout my travels and have wanted to open a coffee house for years and finally did so. We created a unique environment with a wonderful blend of beans. We also have loose leaf tea, fresh fruit smoothies, and a variety of pastries. My wife also spent a week in Michigan at a Barista school to learn the skill of the business.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I always enjoy visiting western US since we are located in the East.

The first half of my life was in MN and I have spent the second half in Pittsburgh, PA.

About My Company:

Two months in operation all seems to be going well at this point. We continue to tweak things, but we are quite pleased with are results at this point.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

People seem to be happier when visiting a coffee house.
