Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Fairly fresh in the coffee or industry, already loving the change of pace from the culinary world of the kitchen, forever a great passion of mine, looking forward to what's in store. Having found, we'll, it found me more likely, probably the best coffee shop iv ever been to, and am now a part of. The Stick is so much more in fact then just a coffee shop, it is a Specialty Roastery and Coffee House.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to explore the world of coffee, and I'm just starting to touch the surface. I will hopefully get opportunities. In the future to travel to some farms, and regions where our coffee comes from.
About Me:
I am 25, born and raised in the Gulf islands of British Columbia, and now settled down in a nice small town called Sooke. I have worked in the Culinary Arts for about ten years, have an art background, and enjoy the life of an islander.
