Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
A few years ago a cappuccino was "A really foamy" latte, in my head. I was trained poorly and didn't really care about my craft. Today, I can honestly say that I am driven to know more about coffee in a way I don't fully understand. While I am more than willing to train baristas (which I do at Bridgehead in ottawa) I would be more interested in learning the caft from other people in the industry. Learning what espresso is to them.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere and everywhere.
