We have been selling and servicing home espresso machines for 4 years and have recently opened a coffee shop in our retail store Kitchen Classics. At home I have a Brewtus II and Mazzer electronic for home use.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to visit Portugal.

About Me:

I have been the espresso machine serviceman at Kitchen Classics for 4 years (my wife owns the store). I am an advanced espresso geek, both machines and the drink. I think I still have a lot to learn and love every minute I am involved in the wonderful world of coffee/espresso.

About My Company:

Kitchen Classics recently opened an espresso and pastry shop in a corner of the store. We have perhaps the best pastry chef in all of Phoenix (Anne Marie Blanco). My wife runs the coffee/espresso shop and I manage the machines and training.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I love to talk to people who love coffee.
