About Me:
Business Development (Sales) for UNIC Espresso Machines. I started on the bar in 1994 while attending CSU Long Beach. I have been in some type of machine, coffee, or allied product sales position ever since. I apologize for all the coffee I made prior to 2000.
About My Company:
UNIC was founded in Torino Italy in 1919, and four generations of engineers later, UNIC enjoys over 80% market share in Paris, and comfortable market leading positions in Tokyo and Vienna as well. As the QC machine for Illy, you can find us in chains from Cheesecake Factory to major hotel groups. With the Stella Di Caffe, UNIC has one of the most advanced pressure profiling machines available on the market, always with the goal of reliability and precise extraction. Our Tango Super-Automatic machine is the only 'real' super on the market today, with full 80mm Ditting burrs, 6.5l boiler, and 54mm heated stainless group(s). When swiss coffee just won't cut it and the line does not end, you need a Tango.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
