About Me:

My life in one way or another has always had coffee in it. from the start of day for my dad (born 1 April 1922)was always a cigarette or 2 or 3 and a pot of ibrika coffee for breakfast...and he is still going strong. Roasting coffee in the oven at home or in a pan on top of the stove and then hand grinding the coffee to a fine powder, with some added carimun for extra flavour. Serious about coffee for some 14 years and just love the passion in industry today to see how it is evolving. the one thing about me is that like some many other ...I love it.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The Comradeship between us bridging country and religion.
