Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at a small time coffeehouse here in Gainesville, and it's basically like my second home. I love getting time in behind the bar, and am always looking for ways to improve my abilities. I really get joy from working with coffee that I know where exactly it came from and who it encounters from farmer to cup, as well as serving people the quality product that we brew.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
basically anywhere!
About Me:
I'm a classics undergrad at UF, and I'm basically just really interested in learning the ins and outs of small business. I love doing anything active or outdoors- rock climbing, frisbee, anything on the water, etc. I really enjoy a good cigar, and of course, I do love coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The ability to make it so unique.
