Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I've been working in the industry for four years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I'm now starting to home roast with the hopes of eventually working under a master roaster.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Ever since living in Copenhagen, Denmark and witnessing first hand the Nordic influence of coffee culture, I'm pretty bias to that portion of the world. However, the origins coffee plants choose to grow, intrigues me just as much. Hopefully I will be able to travel the world and see just how important coffee is for countries relying on their crops.

About Me:

I recently turned 27 and realized that after obtaining a few degrees, I'll never truely be happy with a job unless it invovles coffee and people. Like coffee I also share a love of fine cuisine. I enjoy ordering a dish not knowing what flavors will soon be unwrapped. The same goes for coffee. I'm excited to continue my education of single origin coffees as well as the revived flavors found in some of the more common varietals. Coffee and food aside, I've been diving into wines which much like coffee are very complex and delicate at the same time. These are only a few things I enjoy outside of a regular day.
