What is your position in the coffee industry?

barista, manager, barista trainer, coffee enthusiast

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    St. Louis

How many years have you been in the industry?

    3ish

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    yes

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am a fast learner and I get along with others very well. I have worked for a few years at Kaldi's Coffee Company in the shops but hope to be trained in the roaster real soon. I have attended, not competed, two barista competitions and two barista jams. At the barista jams I taught a class on alternative methods for brewing coffee. I have a little training but most of my knowledge of coffee came from trial and error testing.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

    Anywhere in the world.

    About Me:

I love theatre, I love teaching, but mostly I just love to sing bad pop songs to the customer while they get their drinks. I live in the STL, w00t w00t. and I love it here. I am 21 years old, love to skip rocks and live in a van down by the river.

    About My Company:

Kaldi's Coffee Company. Well what can I say, we have the best coffee in St. Louis. Its a fast growing company but has not lost touch with the importance of that good espresso or the greatness that comes from every cup we brew.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The effect it can have on the globel economy
