About Me:
I am extremely grateful to be a part of the specialty coffee industry. This is an Industry that is ever changing and growing; learning new concepts and ideas while keeping true to coffee itself. And at the end of the day, it's just coffee. sweet, beautiful, coffee.
About My Company:
Valhalla Coffee Roasters is working into their sixth year currently. Recently, we opened up our retail store on sixth and proctor in Tacoma. At this location we roast for both our cafe and our other wholesale accounts.

the desire to learn from others, I believe, is ever present throughout the majority of this industry
