Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Steaming milk is definitely my most consistent skill as a barista. I can get a great silky smooth foam with no seperation between the milk and the foam. Definitely am still learning subtle differences in espresso, like sour to burnt to sweet spot. But would have to say my taste buds have quickly picked up the concept of espresso. Latte art is still a work in progress but can get a heart about half the time. Still learning the rossetta though.

My name is Caleb I am 20 years old. I am originally from South Georgia but moved to Virginia earlier this year. I am an avid outdoors man, with a love for hiking, bouldering, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, and many others. My first love is Jesus, followed by coffee.
About My Company:
I work at Lucie Monroes a new coffee shop in the New River Valley. Its an awesome place to work and an even cooler place to hang out. Walls are covered in custom artwork creating a great atmosphere to study or to chill with a friend. The best part of the shop is the coffee and the love of coffee that radiates from anyone that works there. The variety of the coffee in the shop is great because it caters to everyones individual coffee likes.
