Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
The shop I work at is located in Helena, Montana and is called Scenic Brew. We use an import bean from Italy named Lavazza. Yet I am not a huge fan of this bean. Our machines are Nuova Simoneli and same with our grinder. I am very interested in the art of coffee, and strive To grow my knowledge of coffee. I would some day love to be a roaster and maybe own my own shop. But before that I want to gain a lot of knowledge.
