About Me:
I am a roaster for a...I guess 'large' coffee company in the Washington, DC area.
I roast from any where 20 to 100 pounds at a time.
I roast everyday but Friday. (And the weekends, thus the no roasting on Fridays. Other than religious issues, I don't have coffee sitting around for the weekend.)
