About Me:
Coffee roasting in my deepest passion. I fell in love with coffee just over a year ago and have since been pursuing the specialty coffee world. Just over a month ago marked my entry, fulltime, into the SC world. I'm working for an artisan roasting company maily as a shop manger but I also spend a few hours a week behind the roaster developing by true passion, roasting.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
When I think about coffee and the specialty coffee industry a quote by Eugene Delacroix comes to mind. He said, “What moves those of genius, what inspires their work is not new ideas, but their obsession with the idea that what has already been said is still not enough.”
