New Orleans (home), Seattle (never been), Ethiopia(coffee), Panama(coffee).
About Me:
I am an engineer turned roaster. Roasting helps me express myself artistically, and it has enough science to keep the engineer in me satisfied.
About My Company:
We started this company as a Christian Family owned business, and it has been so much fun. I need to get out amongst the movers and shakers in coffee though.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That look people get when they realize, this aint ordinary coffee
