Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

My family has been working in FinCa San Carlos since 1994, producing "cafe de altura". We are producers, roasters and own five coffee shops in Tuxtla Gutiérrez and san Cristobal de las Casas. .

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Anywhere!!.. I am very interested!! But Japan likes me a lot... Australia is also one of my favorites countries, I´ve got family there!! I think Russia is an excellent destiination!!.

About Me:

I love coffee!!.. LOL. My english skills at 80%. I think I know so much about coffee plantations, I´ve worked there, but a real Barista not yet, I´m practicing. Love sports, triatlon, Mtb Bike and Enduro and Motocross.

About My Company:

Was created in the 70´s by my parents. "San Carlos -producers and coffee roasters-" Five coffee shops and one coffee farm in the "Sierra madre de Chiapas" High Ground Coffee.
