About Me:
I'm a seventeen year-old barista (uh oh, right) already in the stereotypical barista mindset of loving small unique independent coffee shops and loathing corporate coffee. My favorite espresso drink is just a espresso con panna, it's concentrated enough to where you don't lose the flavor of the espresso, like in a latte, but there's the hint of sweetness in the whipped cream at the end that is so great. (Not to brag but...) I have some of the best foam you will see in your lifetime.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The coffee itself and the skill and time it takes to master it.
