The Pie in the Sky cafe is run by FoodCycle, a London charity that tackles food waste, food poverty and unemployment. We serve affordable, nutritious food made from 80% surplus (food that would otherwise have gone to waste). We are now entering the coffee business! We plan to establish an apprenticeship scheme around our new espresso machine, to help local young people get trained for work in the coffee industry.
