About Me:
Chapter 2 Coffee is owned by Eric and Joanna Chu. Eric Chu is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, and has an undergraduate degree in economy. During collage he worked as a waiter in a local restaurant and has experience in the food industry. In addition to being an avid coffee drinker himself, this job allowed him to learn about food business first-hand. Joanna Chu is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and has an undergraduate degree in Molecular Toxicology and has a master degree from Johns Hopkins University in Bioscience and Regulatory. Despite her science background, she has helped her parents set up multiple café businesses and also has experience in the food industry.
About My Company:
Chapter 2 Coffee is a coffee bar in the San Francisco, California. Located in the Financial District, the café will be located in the already established Wildflower Café on Sansome Street. The café will serve gourmet coffees, espresso, espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and teas. Our pastry offerings may vary with seasonality but the primary line will be muffins, breads, cookies, and scones. All pastries will be supplied daily by a local bakery. We also have a delicious toast menu and serve healthy and fun overnight oats from Star Jar.
